As part of our exclusive male grooming service we offer a range of massage therapies just for men. Located in Islington, London N1 choose from classic male massage therapies like Swedish massage, or a great Sports massage or Deep Tissue massage treatment, or try our male Signature massage as part of your male grooming treatment

All the male massage therapies are carried out with scented candles, warm Egyptian cotton towels with optional background music, the perfect environment for total relaxation. The studio is also air conditioned and heated for your comfort.

We use a luxury range of aromatherapy massage oils from Eve Taylor skin care. The massage oils contain natural aromatherapy essential oils which are blended with a range of quality base oils.We also offer clients the option of a non scented massage lotion.

Face massage is carried out using soothing face oil which is a delicate blend to Soothe and hydrate sensitive skin with a blend of Lavender, Geranium, Rosewood, Marjoram and Chamomile in a base of Almond, Jojoba, Avocado and Wheatgerm to cool and soothe the most sensitive skin types.
Where reflex/ foot massage is offered this is carried out using an aromatherapy soothing foot gel.

For all our sports massage or deep tissue massage treatments we use a special physio massage lotion on the skin rather than massage oils.

The massage treatments can be combined with other male grooming treatments such as facial treatments to create a bespoke male grooming ritual.

At the end of the massage we offer clients hot towels to freshen up. The massage oils are absorbed into the skin so there will be no excess oil on the body. Massage lotion is available if you prefer a non scented and non oily massage medium.

Jack's signature massage

Relax and unwind and enjoy a 90 minute massage treatment carried out using the anti stress blend of massage oil. This oil will nourish and regenerate leaving your skin silky smooth. Particularly suitable for clients with dry and dehydrated skin and after sun exposure. The massage oil is mixed with a luxurious body cream for the signature massage treatment
Massage therapy incorporates a range of techniques using forearms, long strokes and thumb pressures.
The Signature massage also includes a scalp massage and a reflex foot massage using a soothing Eve Taylor foot massage gel.

Classic Swedish massage

A traditional and popular massage therapy, with pressure adjusted to the individual needs. This popular male grooming massage treatment works deeper on the muscles and the circulation, whilst promoting health and well being. The massage pressure is medium and includes long strokes, thumb pressure and percussion movements.
The Swedish massage is carried out using a body firming aromatherapy massage oil with a blend of Cypress, Lemongrass, Geranium, Rosemary, Galbanum in a base of Almond, Soya, Hazelnut and Wheatgerm
to improve muscle tone, and encourage proper oxygenation.

As a male intimate waxing specialist we only use Perron Rigot non strip wax for all our male Brazilian waxing treatments and we do not use any strips or  wax rollers on these areas as both strip waxing and roller wax systems are very uncomfortable when used for male intimate waxing.

Our policy for the male Brazilian waxing treatments is simple; a professional male intimate waxing treatment carried out using the best quality non strip waxes, with minimal discomfort , with good quality aftercare advice for all clients and to remove every hair every time!

With more and more men following the trend to remove their unwanted body hair and improving their male grooming treatments, we also offer Manscaping as an option in addition to the male waxing services that we provide.
So if it's a simple male chest hair trim or a complete full body hair trim these are all available as part of our exclusive men's grooming service.
Some clients often combine a male waxing treatment with a body clippering or trimming treatment, and one of the more popular combinations is a back wax and a chest trim.
Manscaping is carried out using a range of grades on the hair clippers to offer the desired effect.

Mens back waxing aftercare advice for your male grooming and waxing routine.

The male back waxing treatment is without a doubt the most popular male body waxing treatment. For most guys the treatment is very quick and easy with no or very little reaction on the skin afterwards. But it is worth bearing in mind what simple waxing aftercare steps you should follow to keep everything in order. Within our male waxing aftercare blog we have very detailed pre waxing advice and also waxing aftercare advice which should answer most queries and help with any possible problems that may arise...

1. So keep the back clean, sweat free and as cool as possible after your back wax treatment.

2. Wear a clean cotton loose fitting t shirt after your back wax.

3. Avoid gym, exercise, swimming or sports for 24-48 hours.

4. Use a cleansing shower/skin wash that contains some anti bacterial properties.

5. Use a suitable moisturiser for the shoulders and the areas that you can reach.

5. After a few days start to gently exfoliate the skin using an exfoliating wash cloth.

With summer on the horizon and warmer climates creeping up on us at the Male grooming studio and we have finally changed the wax that we use... Not the brand of course just the colour!! We only use Peron Rigot waxes and this also includes the range of pre-and post waxing products that we use for all of our male waxing treatments. Our new non strip wax is called Homme. It's a very nice green metallic coloured wax with a beautiful fresh Marine fragrance....

Although this wax was designed as a man's wax, it is used as a general Wax by many spas and salons. At the male Brazilian waxing studio we offer a range of male waxing and male grooming treatments and only use Cierpil by Perron Rigot. It is simply the best wax on the market.

So  we have gone green… Only in colour!. The new green non strip wax matches are green tea strip wax. We use non strip wax  for all meal intimate waxing treatments . These treatments include male Brazilian wax, male Hollywood wax, and the classic back sack and crack wax.

A background in the luxury spa industry and a passion for innovation and discovery are the main factors which brought me to where I am today. With a thriving studio for men and a growing list of products and therapies, I have an overwhelming desire to provide for the needs of men in a world which was previously that of women only.

The fact is that men deserve to pamper themselves, look their best and feel the energy, creativity and confidence which comes from being well groomed. From my early days as a massage therapist and during my four years working in Crete at one of the top luxury spa's in the world, I knew that providing a similar experience for men only was where my true passions were. I decided that focusing primarily on male waxing was going to be my niche.

Building on my training with the ubiquitous Kim Lawless, I was able to use her unique male intimate waxing technique which works specifically for men and their needs. My expertise in male Brazilian waxing and  intimate waxing for men has set me apart from my peers. More specifically, I am an ambassador for Perron Rigot and I only use non-strip waxing methods with Perron Rigot, the best waxes on offer – this means less pain and a better outcome.  The other male grooming therapies I have on offer along with my colleagues at my Islington studio include massage, body scrubs and Manscaping (body hair trimming).
